Most definitely.Muddy was great cuz it had some really amazing tracks, but Red was just in a zone on Dare. To me its his best lyrical performance in his solo career. But Muddy Waters is up there, very high up there.
The thing i liked most about Muddy Waters was the way it flowed, banger after banger. The beats are ridiculous on there and they just keep coming.
Dare is more of that classic status LP though, it was Redman coming into who Redman was going to be for a very long time. It's unsanely good and still leftover raw from Whut, whereas Muddy Waters is stepped into the slightly game changing era of hiphop. At least in my eyes anyway.
