Official Season 3 of "Rescue Me" Thread

Post by Psychosis »

If you haven't seen this show yet do yourself a favor and check out seasons 1 and 2 on DVD. It's one of the best shows on television. Season 3 starts next Tuesday, May 30th.

I was skeptical of the show but I ended up somehow watching it all the time and it turned out to be pretty good. Ending was :ohsh: for sure.

Dennis Leary has always been the man. The show's good, but I watch too much HBO shit to catch it all the time.

this show is my crack.

I really want to see what happens to Teddy after the finale, I hope hes not written off for good. Same goes for Laura, but I'm pretty sure shes done as shes on another show now.

The series 2 conclusion was the most intense finale i've seen since the valediction of the first season of Sopranos

What show is Laura doing now ? That would suck if she doesn't return for series 3 as she's been working with Leary and Tolan since The Job.

Diane Farr went to the show Numbers, in which crimes are solved using math. I read somewhere that in an interview she said she left for the money.

Really good premiere, Tommy is getting fucked from all angles though.

I forgot how funny this show is. I laughed out loud at Sean/Probie's Pink Floyd/Green Day exchange and when Lou found that porno with the chick who scammed him on it.

I wonder if they're going to drag out the whole brother banging Janet thing for a few episodes before he finds out.

you were talking about how they would drag it out for a few episodes when he finds out in the episode that just happened, it's only 2 episodes deep

it was so simple the way tommy found about his bro and janet - it wasn't some sort of complicated set of lies or anything. tommy beat the living shit out of him! Sean looks like he might in line for a beating next episode as well...

this show is great. i love how they don't allow any of the characters to be happy, but it's not mean spirited or anything - they all take it in stride.

the shield teaser trailers they keep dropping during commercials have got me fiending something serious for the next season to start

Really awesome episode. I find this show really inspiring for some reason. More than I can say for most other shows I watch.

i found that ironic, but i also found the way he said it and the way it happened in the show ironic as well.

he said, "i wonder if they're going to drag out the whole brother banging janet thing" and it ended up with tommy literally dragging out his brother across the sidewalk and beating him down while banging (shoving) janet nearly over a car...

just my observation.
