God damnit, what happened after Michael said "I'm sorry" at the end? My DVR cut off the episode again.

It looked like he didn't mean to kill libby. She came in and surprised him. He turned quickly and shot her twice, but he looked horrified for a second and then focused on going to Henry's spot.

How does your DVR cut off? Mine gives me the option of extending the recording time by a few minutes in case the show runs long or something.

Well it didn't cut off exactly, but I forgot that I have a timer for South Park on there which is on 10. It is set to start recording 1 minute before a program starts, so it switched over to comedy central at the worst moment.

And the moral of the story is to never get a DUI when you're on a hit TV show.

^ Haha, I wonder how much truth there is to that.

Plus, Libby signed on to do some other show and there was speculation as to her fate on Lost. They said it didn't mean she was getting capped. I guess they lied.

Why don't you just record the replay of South Park to avoid having your DVR interfere with Lost? The replay is on 2 hours later.

word, my boss told me about both of these. Ge also predicted that Michael was under the influence of the Others....which leads me to believe he saw the story of this episode somewhere early....punk.

But WTF, they didnt even explain the crazy libby story yet!?

:ohsh: episode. I cant wait for next week.

***SPOILER ALERT***

NEXT WEDNESDAY. "?" Eko flashbacks. (The question mark doesn't mean we don't know the title; the question mark IS the title. It refers to the thing in the middle of the blacklight map on the blast door.) "Mr. Eko enlists Locke to help find a secret location he believes houses answers to the island's mysteries. Meanwhile, Jack and the other survivors struggle to cope with the horrific situation in the hatch. Guest starring are Adetokumboh McCormack as Yemi, Peter Lavin as Caldwell, Oliver Muirhead as monsignor, Melissa Bickerton as Joyce, Felix Williamson as Dr. Ian McVay, Nick Jameson as Richard Malkin and Brooke Mikey Anderson as Charlotte Malkin." There's a horrific situation inside Swan Station! Cool!

MAY 17. "Three Minutes." Michael flashbacks. "A determined Michael convinces Jack and several castaways to help him rescue Walt from 'The Others.' Meanwhile, Charlie struggles with Eko's decision to discontinue building the church. Guest starring are Malcolm David Kelley as Walt, M.C. Gainey as Mr. Friendly, Tania Raymonde as Alex, April Grace as Ms. Klugh and Michael Bowen as Pickett."

MAY 24. "Live Together, Die Alone." Desmond flashbacks! The two-hour season finale. J.J. Abrams was on the Howard Stern Show on Monday and described the episode as "mind-blowing." "After discovering something odd just offshore, Jack and Sayid come up with a plan to confront 'The Others' and hopefully get Walt back. Meanwhile, Eko and Locke come to blows as Locke makes a potentially cataclysmic decision regarding the 'button' and the hatch." That's right. Desmond flashbacks AND an Eko-Locke brawl! That could be good!
And it looks like that Jolene Blalock footage shot for 2.2 ain't going to surface this season after all. (But don't be shocked if it turns up on that Lost: The Complete Second Season DVD set that just went on sale

On CNN.com they actually quote one of the producers saying that getting rid of the drunks was their way of telling the cast dont drink and drive.

So anybody think that Jack and Claire are bro and sis?

Oh man that episode was crazy. Can't believe them two got layed out. Michael in deep right now, got a shell in his sholder for his troubles to. Question is what the fuck is Henry gonna do now? I mean he got the hatch to himself cause we all know Michael down.

You know when Anna said 'yer, but I can't use it'. I though there where blanks in the heat. So when Anna and Libby got slugged I though it was a set up to get Henry to tell the truth, but then Michael did himself over so there goes that thought.

But yer nah, I'm abit pissed. Lost is that crack though.

Why Claire? Was it Claire that Jack's Dad went and harassed? This episode was dope.

"A lot of this is going to sound like spin, so all we can give you is our word that this is exactly what happened," Lindelof told TVGuide.com. When Rodriguez auditioned for the role she made it clear she was "sort of a nomadic spirit" and would commit to a limited run, he said.

As befitting the convoluted "Lost," however, there was more to the story.

Another issue was that Watros was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence on the same December night as Rodriguez, but separately.

Rodriguez, 27, was sentenced to jail time and fined $500 after she pleaded guilty last month, serving about 65 hours in an Oahu correctional facility. Watros, 37, was fined and had her license suspended for 90 days after pleading guilty to drunken driving in January.

Lindelof told TVGuide.com that he and Cuse knew that it might seem they were trying to make a point rather than advance the story as intended.

"It's going to look like this is the 'Lost' producers' attempt to say, 'Don't drive drunk!' " Lindelof said.

But they decided not to alter the plot line because everything that follows this season "all sort of falls from this event," said Cuse.
