Has anyone done any of the Jordan Challenges yet? The Hawks one is hard as fuck. Holding Dominique under 25 points seems damn near impossible. Dude lit me up for 41.

Seriously this is fucking amazing. I may not even bother playing a season. The Jordan challenges and old teams might be more than I need. Holy shit this is great.

Might have to cop when the price drops. This would be the first b-ball game purchased since NBA Live 96 or some shit.

Might be nitpicking but I was upset when they couldn't get the rights to '86 Bill Walton

Question - does it always sound like there's a baby crying in the crowd? I've played the demo and I can't get past how annoying this is.

2K is the gold standard in terms of camera view.

Quick overview for XBOX 360 users:

TWO WAYS to get music in the game:

Option 1. Burn mp3s onto a cd-r/rw as an AUDIO CD. Mp3 disc or data disc doesnt work.

Your traditional 70-80 minute audio cd-r is the only way to go.
- After being ripped to your XBOX 360 harddrive, you need to create playlists for the game to recognize.

Option 2. Using your computer, you can set up your music files to stream back and forth.

Via Tools-->options-->library-->configure sharing in WMP, you can create a connection to your 360.

---------
For PS3 users, playlists appear to be needed. This is done via the ps3 'dashboard' interface.

-Using a USB flash drive, you can copy over all of the content that you desire, and start your playlist set up that way.
-Using a CD-R as an mp3 disc also works to copy your music
-Using a CD-R as an audio disc also works.

So I just put the 96 Bulls up against the current Lakers, put the difficulty on HOF and let the computer play both sides. The Bulls ended up winning by like 11.

Copped

1st basketball game i'v got since 2k6. Awesome game...I suck at it but hope to get better.

I don't know shut about play calling in bball, will that kill my Chances of becoming good at this game?

Oh, I get mad passes picked off too.

Played the first Jordan challenge and dropped 55 points. Fell 8 short.

Glad I got this though. Should keep my basketball gaming fix in check until a PS4 comes out

Just don't chuck the ball all the way down court and you'll avoid a lot of those turnovers. Also don't worry so much about play calling. Get used to a few players on the team you like and all that shit will eventually come to you.

I don't even want to start a season yet cuz this Jordan Challenge is so much fun.

I love how you can download user created rosters (like MLB the show)

I just downloaded some "all time rosters"

Started a season and the starting 5 :

PG: Mo Cheeks
SG: AI
SF: Doc
PF: Sir Charles
C: Moses

the only thing is the guy that created the shit kind of half assed it near the end by leaving some current players on the team like Lou Williams, but for the most part they never even get in the game and the created legends look exactly like the real players

the only thing is I was pisssed he left off Andrew Toney
