Probably but the whole "he never reached out" part kinda sounds like he would have liked Nas to maybe hit him up for a collabo, show or something that might have benefited Rakim. I guess anything is possible but honestly I get this feeling that Rakim doesn't even generally like/respect Nas, and doesn't even want to collaborate with him. I'm pretty sure Rakim isn't broke or desperate and as far as I know he doesn't have a rep for coming off like such.

they've been on a couple of tracks together so I wouldve thought they were cool with each other. Bit weird Rakim bringing it up 5 years after it dropped.
Maybe in another 2 years KRS will get mad Nas never did the 'Unauthorised Biography of KRS' he mentions at the end of the Rakim one.
