Atari Bigby to miss roughly a month
Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on September 16, 2009 3:56 PM ET
Packers safety Atari Bigby's up and down career has reached another downer.

The team's oft-injured starting strong safety will miss "at least four weeks," with a knee injury, according to the Twitter account of Tom Pelissero of the Green Bay Press-Gazette.

Aaron Rouse is a capable backup and will replace Bigby in the meantime.
Hey, by the way who's Curt?

Bigby will be missed, but Rouse is legit so not to worry. Raji is comin, Brandon Jackson is comin, were gonna be healthy soon and I think Ryan Grant is gonna be back to his form that he had two years ago which will really open up that passing game for Rodgers. Not to mention, our next game is at home against Cincinnati so it should be like practice.

Rouse is ehhh. Hopefully Derrick Martin is ready at safety. Raji playing is only going to help.

Ochocinco says he's gonna do a Lambeau Leap after he scores a touchdown. I honestly wonder if they will even get a field goal.

On a side note, I got the Jets beating the Pats.

Some good games this weekend. Eagles-Saints is going to be great as long as McNabb is healthy enough to play

I'm scared the Vikings are going to be the team that loses to Detroit, it almost happened both times last year, it'll be pretty embarrassing

wow. so by your logic: a team that almost beat the vikings last year will do the same this year?
doesnt matter detroit has an entire new coaching staff, a roster that is completely different, a rookie quarterback who has played 1 game, and a defense that almost gave up 600 yards last week including 160 on the ground?

:wtf:

what happened in those games last year means nothing. if anything the vikings will be more prepared for them to play well.

this isnt a trap game

NFL crowds are pathetic. I can't remember the last time I heard a really great home crowd.

They need to take pointers from the folks in Seattle at yesterday's USC-Washington game.

Packers WR's aren't helping Rodgers at all. An amazing amount of drops today.
