I've got the self titled and paranoid, what else do I need to check?
If its an album with only one or two good tracks, let me know.

Get Master Of Reality then Vol.4. Sabbath Bloody Sabbath if you dig that. Instead of buying any more Sabbath, purchase/steal/dl Sleep's Holy Mountain by Sleep. You wont be disappointed.

Definitely get the first 4. They've all been reissued so many times you can get them off Amazon used for next to nothing.

first 5 sabbath albums are unfuckwittable. but all 8 sabbath albums with the original line-up are very recommended by me. Never Say Die is hella slept on. get em all, you wont be disappointed.
