Anyone catch the premiere last night ?

I think 1 dude seems to have it together... the guy who pitche dthe Preist meets the woman of his dreams idea where they get stranded by a flood..

I think this reality show seems to have the closest "cast" to our own phila boards... Most of them seem pretty cool..some of em you'd have to smack in the face before the day was over..

I'd be interested in seeing a DVD of all the short-film entries...

I thought it was an interesting show, but I got a feeling it's gonna get cancelled.

i have a friend who's a filmmaker in nyc so i always imagine him in this kinda shit.
so far, the one dude who worked with the two girls who was a complete asshole reminds me the most of my friend.

The team with the animation technique seems to be the one to beat. Everyone else was NOT ready for those special effects.

lol, I'll probably sound like a film nerd, but it is pretty annoying that if you can come up with some CGI people will be wowed and think you are super talented regardless of the actual quality of the piece...

The format of the show changed for the worse. It feels like american idol now.

I'm much more interested in the process of making the films, then just showing the films.

My thoughts exactly. Turning this show into American Idol with movie directors was a shitty idea. Show them MAKING the movies.

That host fucked up so many times tonight. She got a nice rack though.

I think I'm ONLY watching for the host now.

The films are all kind of.. boring. pointless.over done or all of the above.

SOme of the films have had some decent moments but for the most part it IS like watching commercials for no particular product.
