trojan horse help

i have a Trojan.Alwayup, and norton antivirus is "unable to repair this file"

does anyone know how to fix this problem

Do you know how to get into safemode? (hit f8 after your computer posts but before it hits the Windows splash screen, this is like a 1-2 second time frame depending on the speed of your comp)....

Try running your scan in safemode.

Also, look at some of these other threads for hijackthis and other adware/spyware removal tools

thanks, i rant eh comp in safe mode before i made the thread and norton didnt find shit, i dont know how to turn system restore off and all that
