The whole shit should be the next 'Sounds Like the 90s'. Throwback shit done properly. I bet even AC's crazy retarded ass loves this record.

the album seems pretty good, maybe not something I'm gonna play a lot but definitely something that SOM fans will like.. i never got into much Hiero outside of 93 Til...

"Poets" was the joint that grabbed me the most (hated the vocal sample in it though)

I thought Prince Paul produced Tour Stories, the net listing has Domino as the producer. Either way that's still my fav cut off the album

I fuckin hate when mc's do this. What could've potentially been one of the best songs was reduced to a 15 snippet and a useless phone skit. Morgan Freeman my ass! no

Anybody found this album at any retail outlets?

The indy stores in my city are letting me down right now.

Got it. Been bumpin it for the last few hours. I think its pretty solid. Not EVERYTHING Id hoped for (which wasnt gonna happen no way), but damn good.

"Poets" "Tour Stories" and "Lickety Split" are my joints currently.

Copped this today. It is dope. I wouldn't say it is amazing or anything, but it is more than solid. Domino produced three cuts(Tour Stories, Hiero HQ, Dead Man Walkin') and they are all dope as fuck, especially "Hiero HQ." Prince Paul still has it, although a couple of beats are a little bland towards the end of the album. "Proper Aim" is a banger. The A Plus and Opio produced songs are okay, not bad but not that great either. The Souls are still dope and have great styles, there is nothing boring about them. Through two listens I will give this album an 8.75/10 for a B+. In my top 10 of the year for sure.

Amoeba Records in Hollywood. I'm in LA.

I don't know if you fuck with amazon, but there's a lot of copies on there for decent prices.

Very dope, thanks.
Damn, I knew that sample and forgot it. The old song was played on that
Donald Goines' movie with DMX in it.... Never Die Alone. Hopefully google
does the job.

Opio's the only one of their solo works I really checked for. His solo live show is surprisingly great as well. While we're on the subject, how was that A+ album from 07?

This is overrated something major. Milquetoast overall and Prince Paul is asleep at the wheel.

Only listened to it twice, so I supose I should give it another spin, but I didn't think it was that great when I first check it out.

Can't pin it all on Paul since he only produced a handful of tracks.
