Just heard this guy for the first time, specifically his self-titled album from last year. I liked it a lot. Disregarding his vocal tone similarity to Nas, I think he has a dope flow and cadence, and his lyrics were clever. They varied from straight braggadocious content to stories about his daily life. Descriptive...I think he can rap.

The production was very dope. No one seemed to ever talk about his beats from what I recall reading. Sick samples, chopped and produced well. Gritty and minimalistic for the most part. Dope album for sure.

Frankly I don't even care if he does or doesn't. He's dope. I think the difference is pretty apparent.

The dude is actually a dope emcee. That said, I think his name does more harm than good. It's just stupid and unmarketable. Unlikeable even.

Plus I'm not a fan of the guilt. He is white. Heavy on that complexion yo. Dude is trying to pass as a member of The Beatnuts or something.

Dude is dope. Love every release so far, though his first EP is still the best IMO.
