Can anybody name that tune?

A few years ago i heard this "freestyle" with Blackstar(i think) introducing Kanye West.. so it had to be around the time of his first album, maybe a litle before? The only line i clearly remember is...

Kanye- "always said if i rap that i'd say something significant, but now i'm rappin bout money, hoes, and rims again." (*crowd goes wild*)

I have an mp3, but its on a hard drive that's packed away because i just moved... does this ring any bells?

btw- I'm trying to find the beat he rhymed over.
