for the Rae joints, I didn't wanna include too many CL2 tracks cuz most people have em already, thats why I included the 2 bonus tracks & my favorite from the album (new wu)

as far as leaving out some Saigon tracks, it wasn't done yet, just figured i would start by posting these.

Fair enough but the thread title is gonna make people question you, like I did. It's probably better for yourself and others to label this or the list you're making as True Kings Favorites of '09. When you're saying "the best" then you allow room for challenging. And I don't think anyone in the world would agree with those Rae joints as being the "best" of the year.
