I hate to admit but this beat is sounding really good to me, on some 2009 Mantronix/Just-Ice vibe. MIMS is not good on the mic but he's not a complete train wreck here. I imagine this will get the mixtape treatment by better rappers.

How is the beat or the rapping gay exactly?

Before you respond, keep in mind that I clicked on your myspace link and heard what you have to bring to the table.

This song is pretty fresh.
I dont think MIMS is a terrible rapper at all actually.
I mean he's not spectacular by any means, but he's def not wack.
Am i the only person that actually really liked his album?

You're probably the only one above the age of 20 who listened to it.

this song is good crap.
follows all the rules of modern hit making, but is decent in its own right.
beat is okay, rhymes are okay (but that "caught in the rapture like Anita Baker" like is :bunk: and the second verse is much lazier than the first)

the video has ill special effects.

and at least he's trying
You're in Heaven right now, God.
Create the universe you dream of.

The beat is better than any original production I've ever heard you rap over.

Thun's assessment is pretty spot on. The flow strikes me as Mims biting a bunch of different people all at once, which makes it somewhat unique but still awkward and I'd put his pronunciation of "dictator" on par with Eminem's "tahoe." Looking forward to hearing better artists over this beat.

that is because you have heard only a small percentage of my music.

this beat is cool, but I humbly suggest I have ventured onto iller beats.

check 'Reborn Deformed' one day if you're ever feeling CrAzY-LiKe

and this is mixed/mastered by some major label money. i admit i lack that.

otherwise... meh. its aiight, but it's not 'All About The Benjamins'

My bad, it sounds like a love baby between Bambaataa and Robert Plant, making it exactly what both the industry and the kulture need at this moment in space and time.

Hook is sick. Beat is sick. Mims is chow. Guess this is his version of "Touch It".

Can't wait for the mixtape rappers to demolish. Will make a great ringtone.

I don't want to release any of my new songs just yet, but here's a few old ones that are kinda slammin (both were on Beautiful Mutant):

Weapon X - http://www.zshare.net/audio/557236486c379b5f/

(my only other alias is also the name of a song I did... I gotta get it out there before this Wolverine: Origins movie comes out and someone tries to get slick, ha ha. I love the El-P sample in the hook coming in after Lil Kim and Shyne :ironmike: )

"your homeboy's a creative rap hater now/ before he was a poseur skater when the 'Glaciers of Ice' record was changing my life forever/ you new school know-it-all nerds are lying to me/ sing 'Til Infinity but you weren't bumping no Souls of Mischief in '93..." :copy:

"origin unknown like Logan, but marijuana cigars is what I'm smoking/ brain developments build will power to superhuman levels until my skeleton frame cannot be broken"

"while others get pleasure for talking shit/ I'm trying to become the most dominant modern myth/ even if nobody wants to listen/ fuck keeping it, I own reality like competition is non-existant"
:face:

Love In The Air - http://www.zshare.net/audio/5572385109aea65c/

"not endlessly enemies with the opposite of me/ i just become observant of what perversion is dominant in another person's consciousness" :spidey:

"love for hate is popular/ so I just to the sun and pray for the Second Coming date of the great Tupac Shakur/ to take us to the promised land and demolish Klan members wearing swastikas disguised as Babylon police officers..."
:rockout:

seriously... I don't think I'm that bad of a rapper, and these are a few of the reasons why. :cookiecookie:

turn it up and bathe in the goodness
You're in Heaven right now, God.
Create the universe you dream of.
