For all of last summer, everyone at my job walked around saying "DENG-A DA-DENG-A DA-DENG!" and "Don-chuu e-ver dooo daaaat..." (see: banging duuk's head against the table).

And I still occasionally hear my brothers quote Bas's theory on using your surroundings: "Smash his face into deh ambience of da place."

I have this whole video. The edited version brings out most of the :rofl: moments, but the whole thing is funny because his "lessons" are all 1) kick him in the balls 2) pick up a chair or ashtray or some other pussy shit or 3) do some Steven Seagal type badassness. I really didnt learn anything. I just downloaded his audio workouts, though, and thought I could share. I took one of the 30 minute workouts and edited some music in the background. This is the all around fighting with 2 minute rounds, 1 minute rest. It goes for 10 rds, and will kick your ass. If you are bored with whatever workouts you have been doing (or are a fatfuck that needs to drop a few pounds) you should try this. I have a heavy bag, so I do it on that, but you could shadowbox too.

all around 2mn rds w music.mp3 - 44.82MB


When he calls out the number, you do this:

1-jab
2-jab, straight right, right knee or kick
3-jab, str rt, left hook, rt knee/kick
4-jab, str rt, left hook, str rt, rt knee/kick
defense-do a sprawl (sometimes he says stay down, then right, left, etc. Pretty much just do a mountain climber- right= right knee to chest from sprawl, etc.)

The music is a little low, I will be making a new one soon, and changing up the music, I will raise the levels a bit then. The songs on this one fit well to keep you motivated. If anyone actually dls this and uses it, let me know.

I made another one of these. I had no responses. Are yall that lazy, or just already fit? Whatever, just keep in mind your keyboard does not teach you how to throw hands. Dont sleep, fitness heads, this shit is ill.
