This is the all around fighting with 2 minute rounds, 1 minute rest. It goes for 10 rds, and will kick your ass. If you are bored with whatever workouts you have been doing (or are a fatfuck that needs to drop a few pounds) you should try this. I have a heavy bag, so I do it on that, but you could shadowbox too.

When he calls out the number, you do this:
1-jab
2-jab, straight right, right knee or kick
3-jab, str rt, left hook, rt knee/kick
4-jab, str rt, left hook, str rt, rt knee/kick
defense-do a sprawl (sometimes he says stay down, then right, left, etc. Pretty much just do a mountain climber- right= right knee to chest from sprawl, etc.)
The music is a little low, I will be making a new one soon, and changing up the music, I will raise the levels a bit then. The songs on this one fit well to keep you motivated. If anyone actually dls this and uses it, let me know.
