Definitely looking forward to this.

Let's hope that they chill with the homosexual themes. I don't know anyone in real life that will watch "The Wire" or "Oz". Hell, I gave up on "The Wire" when it first came out because of the homo thugs. That shit turned out to be my favorite show of all time, but man, I wasn't trying to watch any of it at first.

because it's an altogether different culture on here, but in real life, people will look at you strange if you try to recommend HBO shows. That's just my experience here in Chicago, though.

Well yeah, I got the first four seasons of "The Wire" and the first five season of "Oz" on DVD, but I'm just saying; HBO show creators are gonna find a way to get some homosexual shit involved, and that shit is unbearable. I've only recently got a chance to watch all five seasons of The Wire (UK telly is ghey) on DVD and I love it. Only problem is I think I'm the only one who watches it. Shit needs more exposure over here.

It avoided all of the moronic cliches that normally go with these types of movies and shows

Yeah I enjoyed it too. Amped for episode two. I don't know if it avoided "all the cliches," but it seemed pretty legit, especially based off the bigoted members of my family who are in the services.

Ziggy is hilarious in this. Although he plays a very similar character to, well, Ziggy.
