Really cool site for recommending artists (music)

Post by theaggravatedjew »

http://www.pandora.com/

Sorry If this is :lastweek: but i dont recall seeing a thread about it.

"Ever since we started the Music Genome Project, our friends would ask:

Can you help me discover more music that I'll like?

Those questions often evolved into great conversations. Each friend told us their favorite artists and songs, explored the music we suggested, gave us feedback, and we in turn made new suggestions. Everybody started joking that we were now their personal DJs.

We created Pandora so that we can have that same kind of conversation with you."

This is my shit at work. Don't have to load any bullshit software and it plays a pretty nice selection of music.

Yes, this site is nice. I made a thread about it maybe two months ago but got only one response.
When we act, we create our own reality. And while you're studying that reality -- judiciously, as you will -- we'll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that's how things will sort out. We're history's actors . . . and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.

It's never heard of the Cro-Mags.

Completely useless.
