Yeah the show was really lighthearted and tame in terms of violence, but was enjoyable. The 4 EP OVA 'Trust and Betrayal' (not to be confused with the later released OVA which was wack, in my opinion) is gory torso slaying galore and has one of the best endings i've seen.Gregg Popabitch wrote: fuck man. the OVAs and the non filler episodes of the Ruroni Kenshin series is fucking sick as hell. I just thought the whole story was shit. I am a big fan of Samurai based anime, and I still thought it sucked. I think i reviewed up to disc 3. I don't even remember the site that I used to review them for is.
