It's called RISING SON, and it's a great doc if you're into 80s skate culture. Hosoi was the shit back then, and he was a real personality. I love seeing that friendly rivalry between him and Tony Hawk.

If ya like Stoked, that movie about Mark "Gator" Ragowaki, or even Dogtown and the Z-boys, you'll probably dig this one.

Man, my 10th grade girlfriend used to have the Teen Steam video. She got pissed that I used to watch it so much.

Hosoi was a fucking god, the only Christ worth worshiping.

I had the Hosoi edition Vans back then and I have them now.
