I guess by "internal memory" you mean memory to which games can be saved

The Xbox is the only current-day console that allows you to save games onto something that isn't a memory card

the 64 allowed for saves, but those were on the cartridges, so i guess i see what's going on here.

oh well, 10 bucks, and now i'm playing.

it was just the hassle of having to go to the store again.

The regular GC cards have a woefully low capacity (or the games take up a stupidly large amount of space). I've got a third party 64MB (1019 blocks) one, but I only use it as an 'archive' for games I don't play so much, or for other people's saves. I still don't completely trust third party cards with important saves, after the disasters I had with non-Sony PSX ones.

I've been looking at those USB ones that you can hook up to your computer and transfer files that way, but they don't appear to have made Mac software for them. Bastards.

But I agree with you Fojar, I'll be glad to see the end of the era of shitty little proprietory storage devices for game saves.

And congratulations on your ownership of the best console of this generation, and bon voyage on WW. I still can't decide whether that or RE4 is the best GC game.

skies of arcadia, maybe, never played it all the way through.

msr, sure.

i've never had as much fun as multiplayer battles of power stone.
