My firefox icon in my start bar looks like the old windows icon.




The program icon looks correct though.



How do I get the icon in the start bar to look like a firefox icon? I am running Windows ME.

Yikes, I noticed.

Okay, so when you click on that shortcut that has the proper icon associated, it produces a FF instance with the generic windows association.

If you right click on the quick launch icon and go to properties, under the shortcut tab do you see change icon?

If the Windows one appears there, then try removing it.
