A program to convert CDA to MP3?

You can rip CDs (CDA files) with Nero if you have that. Failing that grab either CDEX here: -

Or if you want the best ripper (but more complicated to use) get EAC here: -

Both free.

A good program for converting files to high quality LAME MP3 files is WinLAME which is free here: -
