How do you enlarge animated .gifs?

Photoshop will only open one frame of an animated GIF. Photoshop's little sister, ImageReady, is what I use for animated GIFs... Unless things have changed in CS2.

But I bet there's a simpler, cheaper/free way of doing this, especially on Windows.

There are certain limitations as to how good it'll look, especially if its of a photographic nature.

I'd use MacroMedia's FlashMX to do it easily.

He's right. When I said Photoshop I meant Imageready
