PHP help..

I know shit about this and need to update my webpage. I have access to the php files (via ftp) but don't know what I need to edit them.

I just need to make bullshit content edit, nothing drastic.

What exactly are you trying to change?

Are we talking about phpbb or site shell like php Nuke?

Ok, the front page of my website has text. I'm trying to change the text. I don't know how it was done, just that it was done with php and was told that I just needed a php editor to change it.

Consider me completely clueless to this matter so any info at all is new and helps.
