i've been really feeling the Sex and Violence era Boogie Down Productions shit lately. it just seems like stripped down raw hip-hop at its purist.
Drug hooked up 13 and Good RMX on a post for me, so here are 5 other tunes from that time, 2 album cuts, 2 remixs, and a b-side.
hopefully some heads will hear these for the first time, enjoy regardless.

1. Feel The Vibe
2. Duck Down
3. Like A Throttle
4. Question and Answers (RMX)
5. We in There (RMX)

"Duck Down" is one of the hardest joints ever.
I was listening to one of the "We In There" remixes the other day, and on the additional verse (that isn't on the LP version" Kris launches into what has to be one fo the funniest moments in rap ever, I can't even really transcribe it but he does this kind of impression of a wack rapper trying to imitate Treach, but he uses complete babble, not even actual words, to prove the point. Listen to that song just for that, trust me it's worth it.

Ah, I'll upload this sometime tomorrow. The one I'm talking about is the Ali Shaheed Muhammed remix, sometimes called Tribe remix.
