Agreed. I was pretty damn surprised at first to see how lopsided it was after voting for P.blastmaster wrote:People here get sucked into current hype so easily. Raekwon cannot handle a solo album. Prodigy has done that, and lyrically carried a duo that has put out 2 undeniable classics. Prodigy is just the better emcee.

Always prefered their group work and considering that I voted Rae. It's a close call though.blastmaster wrote:Raekwon cannot handle a solo album. Prodigy has done that, and lyrically carried a duo that has put out 2 undeniable classics. Prodigy is just the better emcee.
To be honest, I don't really stay totally abreast of either of their more recent output, but i'm still far more likely to cop a new Raekwon album/mixtape than a Prodigy or Mobb Deep one. He's definitely compromised himself far less - G-Unit tattoos?? - and still seems to able to drop something that at the very least hints at hs former greatness.blastmaster wrote:People here get sucked into current hype so easily.
