90s RnB With HARD hip hop beats

It's time for a new compilation. I know that some of you here are Antwerp's toughest thugs and have been downloading only the rawest indie rap recorded on two tracks in basements in Brooklyn between 1995 and 1998 but some of us have been into the hip hop flavor a tad bit longer and in different contexts, so if this thread doesn't apply to you, bounce and go rhapsodize about the latest Godfather Don demo somewhere else.

Anyway, let's get some tracks uploaded. The criteria is fairly simple - it's gotta be from the 90s, it's gotta credited to an R&B singing artist (rapper cameos are expected, but i don't want rap songs that happen to have r&b hooks), and it's gotta have a slammin' hip hop beat. Extra points if it somehow incorporates an existing hip hop beat or popular sample.
