I received my records yesterday. Six Two Six did an excellent job with the new Constant Deviants release: full artwork, clear vinyl and nice price. Hopefully enough people support this one so that they can continue releasing stuff...

Just got my records Friday. Great shit. I don't understand the science with Sparrow only putting the instrumental of "Rhyme Impotence" on there though, unless they have another record ready to drop VERY soon with the vocal version.
Only putting the instrumental on there only makes elitist faggots act more smug than they already do. It does not help the group Sparrow out in any way, but I guess it does help greedy herbs who are now selling the og for $800 on discogs. :jaz:. I really hope they do put the vocal version on an upcoming release because I'm a fan of them.
But the record is great, even sans instrumentals.
Here's what's on it, to remind heads if they still might wanna cop, there's downloads earlier in the thread for everything:
<object width="333" height="100"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/gIKXa-0c5jA&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/gIKXa-0c5jA&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="333" height="100"></embed></object>
<object width="333" height="100"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/PdVpLH70wo8&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/PdVpLH70wo8&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="333" height="100"></embed></object>
And of course, the instrumental for this greatness, which should be the vocals, but I'll take what I can:
<object width="333" height="100"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Mk-TxvX7YhY&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Mk-TxvX7YhY&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="333" height="100"></embed></object>

The Constant Deviants record is perfect, though. Feel That with instrumental, Problem Child with instro and remix:
<object width="333" height="100"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZO8rp3qJlOM&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZO8rp3qJlOM&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="333" height="100"></embed></object>
<object width="333" height="100"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/qOFvUAxfyc0&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/qOFvUAxfyc0&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="333" height="100"></embed></object>

And a free tee in my actual 3x size, fuckin great deal. I'm guessing they still have copies left of both so hit them up if interested.

And downloads to everything here are in this thread, co-signed by the groups, so support if you got turntables and record money.

co-sign on the lack of vocal steeze.
i don't understand the thinking (or lack of) behind releasing a 12" with 2 vocal track on the Aside & an instrumental taking up the whole of the Bside, completly unreleated to the flip!

If Rhyme Impotence got an official re:release by the Sparrow camp, it would shift many units & create a bigger foundation on which to build on, with more six2six releases.

i picked up doubles of the 'Problem Child' 12" OK price, bad label design & shonky pixilated print & layout. dope clear wax & ill tracks - which, at the end of he day, it's all about.

Looking forward to hearing future releases from the artists.

on a side note, does anybody know the sample to 'Compition Catch Speed Knotz" track?? the amount of jazz records i've been listening to in the last few years, trying to track it down is ridic-ulas!!

hhv.de has some copies of the Problem Child 12", for people living in Europe, or at least Germany that might be of interest (I don't know their shipping costs outside of Germany)

Now they got some $5 digital only downloads of an archived "Rome" LP. He's the dude that rhymed on that Launchpad 2000 EP. They say proceeds will go to pressing up a Rome 12".
They also say that if you cop these digitals you could win either doubles of the Launchpad 2000 EP or the Bosch "Jezebel" 12", both are dope and go for some dough nowadays.
I dunno. $5 isn't really breaking anyone's bank. Anyone heard any of this? Any thoughts?(besides that if they keep putting more shit out they should get some adspace up here already, lol)

Thanks for the heads up Verge. I never buy download releases... but I just bought this one! Five bucks is peanuts for a whole album with the prospect of it maybe going towards a vinyl release.

Yeah, I've never spent a cent on digital releases, but bought this one. Hope I win some vinyl :)

The label also has a new free mixtape out which sounds pretty good:
