its the Liks baby, its the Liks.

I was pretty much like kasmoney though. hard to vote on this one.

The only reason I dig the liks a bit better is cause the Liks don't "act' like tech nine totin' whipper snappers in one song, and then rap with Dead Prez defending the socially unjust on another. They just keep the party jumpin until the last call for alcohol...

Just my opinion, though. Growing up, I seen the Beatnuts as having a
profound impact on this culture. While the Liks were fun and funny, the
Nuts were inspiring cats to dig deeper in the crates.

BTW- My favorite Liks cut is the Maryjane Remix.
That shit is greatness.

I've listened to numerous albums from each of them I was never too impressed. Tash is aight at times, and the Beatnuts have some nice beats but neither group is consistent, even for a whole album imo.

the beatnuts are in the conversation for best producers ever....the liks while great and one of my favorite groups are just not on that level

superbad is in my top five all time rap songs...the bassline is so ill
