yeah - what i meant by single file was a track mp3 instead of a mix mp3 including the track.

Thanks very much aleph, I'll have to find out if any recent tracks sampled that. From reading the comments, I found out that the Vinyl Reanimators Jeru remix probably sampled Fantasy 3's 'Your Rock', I had a hunch that the Trag freestyle beat was based on that track, but didn't know the name of either.
