DAC is the man. I prefer Jones, Haggard and Jennings, but DAC made some of the best bar songs ever. Good thread.

His Johnny Rebel (he denies he was JR, but come on...)/racist/sex stuff is hilarious if you have a sense of humor about that kind of thing...

His 5/5 albums are Once Upon A Rhyme, Invictus Means Unconcquered, Tattoo, The Mysterious Rhinestone Cowboy, Tennessee Whiskey and Longhaired Redneck. You cant go wrong with any of those. Basically, I would cop anything he did in the 70s and early 80s. After that he went to the dirty song well a few too many times and became a bit hackish.
