Round Too - Appetite for Destruction vs. Sticky Fingers

Post by Philaflava »

Funny to think one group is still together and still performing today and the other has been dismatled and put back together more times than Tabitha Stevens.

Either you vote for the hipster album of the 80's where it was the coolest thing to listen to and still considered a classic but you can't admit it OR you vote for the album YOUR parents liked to get high to you wankster.

Appetite for Destruction. I'm not a big fan of the Stones...they're not fucking with a band two bands that aren't even on here from the same era (Creedence and The Zombies).

Yeah I dunno, down in Florida GnR was dirt rock. Had to go with Appetite. That's like the 5th best Stones record too.

yeah. sticky fingers was a bad stones choice.

don't get the hipster reference, though.

The Stones fathered Guns N Roses whole style.

There's an argument to be made that Apetite for Destruction is a tighter album than any Stones release though.

Still, gotta vote Stones.
