just watched SOD - kill yourself the movie. forgot how much i enjoyed this album back in the day. killer riffs, stupid lyrics, 4 second songs. just all around hardcore/metal awesomeness.

I haven't heard this in over 10 years but it's an undeniable classic.

Of course, we all loved this record for the jovial racism, xenophobia and sexism found in such ditties as "speak english or die", "fuck the middle east", "united forces and "pre menstrural princess blues" but lest we not forget "milk" and "anti procrastination song" were positive anthems for the youth.

i havent heard it in well over 15 years but from what i remember it was pretty much the same kinda shit just not as good. although 'aids' had the great chorus of 'anally inflicted death sentence a-i-d-s

its just a lot of live footage from the 99 tour, mixed in with stuff from the road and interviews with people. its pretty cool. it appears that it is somehow tied in with mr. show. some of the live footage is from the ronnie dobbs entefilitis benefit. brian poshen is in it and its even produced by famous mortimer.

according to the doc, scott ian wrote all the lyrics....milano just made them his....kinda like sinatra
