You got a bunch of Rocky related songs up on there but not my own personal favorite - "there's no easy way out" by Robert Tepper from Rocky 4.

Best workout music which really gets yer blood pumpin' and gets you amped to push yerself is hardcore. Fast, brutal hardcore - shit like early Gang Green, Siege, D.Y.S, M.A.D/Bl'ast!, Infest, Rorschach, Will Haven, Converge etc.

The list Bombz posted is crazy. Good stuff.

Yeah I dunno, lately I have been lackin motivation so I make these gonzo over the top hardcore/meta/punk mixes that gets me to the gym, half hour of cardio and at least the first half of my weights.

I've never set foot in one of these gymnasium places of which you speak, but that Burial album is currently my most listened too when I go running of an evening. Something nice and slightly repetitive is best when i'm 'pon road.
