Solid CD. The only one of theirs I like. Them Bones is the shit.

Like this one too. Like a lot of the early Mudhoney stuff.

Another good one.

Yeah, Soundgarden was dope. The guitar sound on some of their records is beastly. I think even their weaker, more popular albums had strong moments. I still get the riff to "Limo Wreck" stuck in my head from time to time. Nice use of harmonics on that one.Money Gripp wrote:That Soundgarden album is heat - how can you front on "Jesus Christ Pose" and "Rusty Cage"? That "Black Hole Sun" and "Spoonman" shit, though - I ain't fuckin with that.
Eddie Vedder had the best voice in rock for a while. Peep "Yellow Ledbetter" or whatever that song's called. Pearl Jam doesn't have a front to back classic album, but three of their albums (self titled, Vs., and Vitalogy) are filled with classic tracks. I wouldn't call them grunge though, they just got lumped in there cause of their style and because they were from Seattle. They're more like classic rock than anything.I Drive A Lexus wrote:Bombs Of Death pretty much summed it up.
