Maybe if you listened to something other than soca, you could actually lift some weight and not get your ass handed to you buy some punk exboyfriend.

I usually work out to shit like Slayer, Youth of Today, Kylesa, anything growly.

I just remembered "No Remorse (I Wanna Die) by Slayer and Atari Teenage Riot. This song makes me want to kick small children in the face.
