So uh, it's a relief not to see Datsyuk and Zetterberg out there.

But I don't want to talk shit about the Kings because then they'll win like three straight.

They are atrocious on the road. Chicago has this.

LA is a whole different beast at home. 14 consecutive wins at the Staple Center. I could still see this going 7 games but Chicago has the seventh at home so they may have the upper hand.

Kings are basically relying on Quick to win games. He basically needs to channel his inner Patrick Roy for them to have a chance. And Kopitar has to be playing hurt. The dude hasn't had the same jump.

Yes that's true. St. Lou and San Jo are very good teams that couldn't nick one in LA but barely - BARELY lost in LA. Chicago is an elite team that will win on the road. Alpha's got it right. They will split in LA and Chitown will win the series at home.

no doubt that Boston is really good. but really what the hell is going on? Pitt is too talented to be down 2-0 and 3-0 if they lose here.

Crazy game last night. Pitt was much better last night, but its crazy to see them going out like this.

Don't know if Chi can steal one in LA tonight without Duncan Keith. They'll miss him.

Crazy game last night....I can't believe that the Pens are down 0-3 and that all their big offensive weapons have been a complete bust. Rask is playing pretty amazing though. He's definitely in the zone. Vokoun looking good too but he's getting no support whatsoever.

I don't understand what's going on with the Pens.

I had a feeling once Boston took care of Toronto they would be poised to really take it to Pittsburgh but I didn't think they'd have them against the ropes like this. I can't tell if Boston is really that good or Pittsburgh can't figure out how to play. Weird showing.

LA might sneak away with another win before that series is over.

Bruins looking ridiculously good right now. Personally I hope whoever wins the west wins the Cup.

Bruins/Hawks would be first Cup since '79 with two Original 6 teams (montreal/new york rangers).

any further proof needed that cups are one with great goaltending and depth not an overpaid allstar on every line?

What are you gonna do? I still think the Pens outplayed the Bruins in 3 of the 4 games. Didn't get any to go in for them. Hitting 10 posts in those 3 games really hurt. Boston played really well though.

That being said I want the Blackhawks to win. I hate Boston.

Word. A lot of posties in that series. So frustrating since they ALL went in versus Ottawa.

Sigh.

Can't effing wait for Game 1. Can't wait for the 2013/14 season.

LOL @ JR. Hockey banning Euro goalies.

WTF??

Should be a great final round.

And ya, banning goalies from Europe is wack. I understand wanting to give spots to more Canadian kids but they should have to earn it because they are the better goalies, not because of where they live.

I am excite.

Also, WTF @ Vancouver talking to Torts and the 'Gers talking to Vingeault. Just switch up the underwhelming coaches?

Why is Lindy Ruff's name not being batted around by teams?
