I would venture to say that his voice was messed up because of the constant touring. He definitely sounds better.

beat is way too grimy and not enough "mature gangsta" for jay to have used it...probably would have been slightly out of place but probably not if it was placed next to "blue magic"...if jay had been focused enough he could have really done some serious damage over it

but bill REALLY REALLY fucking goes real nice on this

and the beat is crazy nice imo
