Album is dope and is on sale for $8.99 at amazon (mp3s only)

This won't appeal to everyone but if you're a fan of both, cop it immediately. It's exactly the kind of album you'd expect the two of them to come up with, except even better.

Insight's always been one of those artists who people's tastes that I respect seem to enjoy that I've just never had a chance to get into. Where's the best place to start with him?

residing safely and attending attentively the house and school of thun respectively, i can assure you that i bought this off amazon after thun linked me and i am not disappoint. in fact, i am very impress.

i'm getting used to a few of the more discordant tracks, but the super boom-bap rap is fucking awesome

I think these are his two best projects, although I don't think I've heard everything. But these two are fully self produced and are loaded with great tracks.

Can you rephrase that in the form of a Dipset fan fiction spoken word poem? Thx.

You've never heard Insight? He was on Mr. Lif's I Phantom and Edan's The Beauty and Beat. The Blast Radius is a dope album.

Had no idea this was coming out, will buy.

another dope insight album is "soloplexus" which is a 6-man group where every member is insight doing a different voice.

Damn, I never knew he did a whole album like that! Gonna have to check that out too. This is the joint:

<object width="425" height="349"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/BhcfMoQMur4?fs ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/BhcfMoQMur4?fs ... n_US&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="349" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

Also, let us not forget about Y Society, which is Insight and Damu the Fudgemunk. I know they were getting a lot of praise over here not too long ago.

The newest Shinsight Trio album Somewhere Beyond The Moon that came out last year is pretty good too.

I don't know man the Count sounds kind of weird over these types of beats to me. It's like he's a little too laid back for the intensity of Insight and the music. Still cool though.

Bought this last night, listened to it like 2.5 times today. There isn't much of a conceptual range as far as the lyrics go, but the beats and rhymes are sick and Count Bass D and Insight make a good duo. Their voices and styles are very different but they complement one another.

Last time I checked, everyone here thought Damu was a third-rate Pete Rock biter. Y Society is crazy good though.

Pretty sure I'm the only one who dissented from the Damu love fest.

Listen to your second rate current favorites with pride, I do.
