Insight's always been one of those artists who people's tastes that I respect seem to enjoy that I've just never had a chance to get into. Where's the best place to start with him?
Check out my FREE album featuring MAC LETHAL, ALASKA from HANGAR 18, HOMEBOY SANDMAN and J57 of the BROWN BAG ALL STARS -

residing safely and attending attentively the house and school of thun respectively, i can assure you that i bought this off amazon after thun linked me and i am not disappoint. in fact, i am very impress.Thun wrote:Album is dope and is on sale for $8.99 at amazon (mp3s only)
This won't appeal to everyone but if you're a fan of both, cop it immediately. It's exactly the kind of album you'd expect the two of them to come up with, except even better.
i'm getting used to a few of the more discordant tracks, but the super boom-bap rap is fucking awesome

I think these are his two best projects, although I don't think I've heard everything. But these two are fully self produced and are loaded with great tracks.battlecatmeowstab212 wrote:Insight's always been one of those artists who people's tastes that I respect seem to enjoy that I've just never had a chance to get into. Can you rephrase that in the form of a Dipset fan fiction spoken word poem? Thx.supnick wrote:nice viral marketing fagThun wrote:Album is dope and is on sale for $8.99 at amazon (mp3s only)

another dope insight album is "soloplexus" which is a 6-man group where every member is insight doing a different voice.

Damn, I never knew he did a whole album like that! Gonna have to check that out too. This is the joint:
<object width="425" height="349"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/BhcfMoQMur4?fs ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/BhcfMoQMur4?fs ... n_US&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="349" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>
Also, let us not forget about Y Society, which is Insight and Damu the Fudgemunk. I know they were getting a lot of praise over here not too long ago.

Last time I checked, everyone here thought Damu was a third-rate Pete Rock biter. Y Society is crazy good though.Versive wrote:Also, let us not forget about Y Society, which is Insight and Damu the Fudgemunk. I know they were getting a lot of praise over here not too long ago.
