Paz is overtly :larry: his punch ins gather more :naswtf: s than most who haven't heard JMT can imagine. And does anyone take him serious? I can't front they make some dope ass tracks but, aside from that, I can't listen to a whole album of I a half italian muslim speak on how he'll violate all the codes of islam.

whater you talkin boot? Jus Allah is the new warcloud.

JMT has never failed to be at least an entertaining hip hop group.
Paz is at least kicking slightly more complex raps about the same old thing he raps about every night.

lookin forward to listening

Never listened to a Jedi Mind Tricks album.
And their "Affiliated group" ads annoy me.
Am I missing anything?
If So, What album should I hear.

Violent By Design is easily their best album. Pyscho-social is also good. The others have some great production and a few standout tracks, but are otherwise laughably bad.

I would have thought you wouldn't recognize those shade tree manilla colored funk fakers and true enough brand new original funk for your show.

Me and my partner Omar Goodness are the first to bring them to LA for a show (2001) and only ones to ever have all three members of the VBD crew performing that album onstage together ... We also brought Jus Allah back to LA for a solo show in 2004 ... VBD is one of the greatest LP's ever ...

my favorite jmt track:

edit (wrong video):

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/kREgHbowtY8&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/kREgHbowtY8&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

i enjoyed the violent lp, but it's just nowhere near as raw as the psycho-social era material. i forget what year this track was done ('93?), but it was included on the re-release with a bunch of others - all great stuff.

Violent by design is by far their best, I enjoy them more if I think that Paz is honestly mentally ill and not just creating some persona for, whats the word, depressed angry pasteoids

The Army of the Pharoahs albums was kind of cheesy. I'd definitely recomend listening to Violent By Design.
