after listening to the "movies on demand 2" mixtape yesterady, i realized consequence is actually a better rapper than pusha t. he'll never make anything as good as the first couple clipse lp's or the reup mixtapes but he's technically a better rapper to me.

He's already done the Biggie song titles as lyrics before. Not that great.

I'm "mad" because HHNF is one of my favorite albums and have listened to it a million times and now Pusha is rapping half-assed lyrics and his brother is probably lining up collabs with Christian rappers in Estonia.

I went ahead and asked God for forgiveness
So now Iג€™m just asking you to listen
Iג€™m living in a World where my truth can be my lynching
Last words ג€œf-ck you allג€ feel the ropes tension...

Faaaar from half assed. This is great stuff.

EXCLUSIVE: Clipse veteran Pusha T says Malice not by his side was his biggest fear in putting out his new mixtape.

Friday night (March 11th) Pusha T unveiled his long-awaited mixtape Fear Of God to journalists and bloggers at New York Cityג€™s Pull Studios.

The Clipse emcee joined the media in a play-by-play of each track, explaining most of the songs were freestyles, including the collaborations. ג€œI picked the joints where I felt the artists were the best,ג€ Pusha explains. Fear Of God has some brand new beats from teams like Hit-boy (Surf Club), The Inkredibles, The Neptunes, as well as Nottz, but also tackles classics like Jay-Zג€™s ג€œCan I Liveג€.

Cameos include Rick Ross and Ab-Liva on ג€œI Still Wamma Rockג€, as well as Lil Wayne and Kevin Cossom. A snippet of a Kanye West song ג€œTouch Itג€ leaked a while back, and that track will be included on Fear Of God as well. However, Pusha was very animated about two specific collaborations: one with 50 Cent and the other with Soulja Boy.

ג€œ50 is one of my favorite rappers in this whole Hip-Hop shit,ג€ Pusha explains. ג€œI like his principles.ג€ 50 Cent joins Pusha T on the track ג€œRainג€, also featuring Pharrell Williams. ג€œ[50 Cent] is amazing,ג€ Pusha continues about the G-Unit forefather turned multi-millionaire. ג€œNobodyג€™s done what heג€™s done in such a short period of time.ג€

A Soulja Boy collaboration though? ג€œI just admire what the fuck he does,ג€ Pusha shrugs.

Since formally aligning himself with Kanyeג€™s G.O.O.D. Music back in September, Pusha T has been inching his way into the spotlight. His track ג€œMy Godג€ (the opening track on Fear Of God) had jaws dropping and ears open for what was next for one half of the Clipse. According to Pusha though, his inspiration on the mixtape title was derived from a genuine fear he was holding. ג€œ[Fear Of God] was me feeling the fear of God knowing that my brother [Malice] wasnג€™t going to be with me,ג€ he admits.

Fear Of God drops on March 21st.

A bit surprised by the tracklist, guess this will all be exclusive material. No Kanye remix either.
Whether to Jason of Philaflava or John Podesta, I will speak my fucking perspective openly
