"You really can't accomplish nothing, as far as nowadays times, with drama," he said. "All drama does is just slow you down, it just hampers things. I don't have no beef with nobody... The situation with me and Eminem, if I could've done it over, I would've."

The Boston MC, who now stars in VH1's hit reality show "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta," believes that it was in upbringing in the rough and tumble Beantown which caused him to lash out at Em. Race definitely played an issue, but now Benzino credits the Detroit mega star with bringing different cultures together.

"Em's still doing his thing and he's still a great influence on hip-hop," he said. "Hip-hop has bridged the cultures, white, black, Latino, Asian, it's for everybody."

"I probably was an angry person back then," he continued to explain. "If I offended anybody with that, I apologize to hip-hop for that."

There was a time when Benzino was damn near the worst guy rapping and trying to do things in hip hop culture.

Game and Rick Ross have always been FAKE GANGSTER RAPPERS. I will not change my opinion on them unless Game stops being an ignorant bi-polar shit-starting Benedict Arnold, and has a change of heart (see what I did there

) and Rick Ross does shit like admit he is a studio gangster for the most part and was actually a fucking Corrections Officer back in the days, not a Miami drug kingpin.

Benzino's problem was mainly that he was wack. He was NOT fake. He was actually one of the first real gangsta rappers in rap. To a lesser degree, Benzino and the Made Men were the East Coast version of Suge Knight and Death Row, as Benzino clearly strong-armed all his Source Magazine privlege, which was worth MILLIONS, and he was involved in a lot of ugly, real violence in Boston in the early 90's.

Benzino was always just an inferior rapper with an opinion that was ridiculously subjective and twisted. He wasn't a fake MC.

I don't like Benzino, but I damn sure respect him. I don't even respect Rick Ross or The Game. I respect William Roberts and Jayceon Taylor... but their rap personas?
