This has been available for download for a little while. I bought the vinyl for a couple bucks more since it comes with the digital version. Really great album/EP too, maybe his most consistent project.

I listened once when it dropped n havent gotten much of a chance to relisten. My initial thoughts after hearing it was that he rhymed over his best beat choices on those 2 eps early last year. But i'll check this again, his wordplay is stellar.

The fact that the vinyl is only 10 bucks is an added bonus. I can't wait to see Open Mike with him live here in Indy next month, always heard great things about both of their live shows.

I'd prob prefer this without cameo verses but another Homeboy song off the new album. I think HS may be one of the only indie cats that hasn't fallen victim to quality suffering while putting out steady product consistently.

All four of the EP's he's dropped the last couple years have been flawless, hopefully he keeps releasing a couple EP's every year. I always had problems listening to his albums all the way through, not the case with these EP's.

I get promo/advance emails from Stones Throw, but considering their hardline stance on file sharing, I'm not going to start jeopardizing a good thing. I can assure you it's great though, a very heartfelt release. It's dropping on Tuesday so you won't have to wait long to hear it.

it's M Slago, i had a beat tape of his called "nag champa sessions" that you can probably still find that was really good

i like these eps sandman puts out a lot, though there are a usually a couple very earnest "for the kids" or "for the girls" tracks that are good in their own way, but i tend to skip over.
