yo. thanks to everybody who has checked out the ep and digs it. and thanks to everybody who has helped spread the word about it or shared it with their people. it's very encouraging. me and Illogic are trying to work as hard as possible right now in the lab right now, and hope to release part two very soon. full-length is about 75% done as well.

General_Lee wrote:I agree. The guy busts out some weird misogyny and homophobia at times. There's a cut on the first Soul Position LP about a woman who suffers sexual abuse at the hands of her father. The final line, that's supposed to hit home about how ruined she is, is "When she makes love now, it's with a WOMAN!" And there's some other cut that's supposed to be advice for his niece that ain't so cool either.

When the guy makes fun songs they're dope. The Soul Position EP awesome.

depends on the person i guess. personally, i can't say i have any emotional response one way or the other when a rapper mentions the word dick on a record.

Anyone who didn't hear Electric Purgatory yet needs to check it out, easily one of the best releases of last year. You can buy a copy here:

thanks. for the ep i used mainly Reason, but i did a lot of filtering and layering of their sounds. i also, used the microkorg sparingly on it.
