I dropped a new little beat mix I thought some of you would like to hear. I also dropped a beat I did over the weekend. I know I vowed to release a beat mix each week but it seems like I might just switch that up to every two weeks seeing that there's wayyy too much shit going on in my life. Anyways, check out the fun, and let me know what you think. I love honest people.

Smooth Set wsa the first shit that played. Some I'm dropping some feed on that too lol. Loving that. Drums remind me of a freestyle pattern I heard Quest Love do once at a Roots concert. Glad you didn't decide to use weaker drums just cuz the beat was smooth. The thump in it sounds good. Nice stuff bro.

It's been a long time since I've listened to your shit. This his fresh though. Arrangment is nice on this shit. Something about the bass is flucking with me tho. I like it but I think it's a little too full. Sounds nice on the chorus though, shines through nicely there. This is a full beat. Like this a lot man. Find someone to record this shit. I'd to hear how someone sounds on this.

on cassette is very fat shit. fat shit in a good way, amazing stuff.

beat of the week 07/14 - first shit is definitely cam material, 84 nailed it. second -- damn. i like this a lot. snare is good and layered-ish, i think i've used the guitars before. third is amazing dilla pete rock shit, loved it. fourth - bass line is great. good job on that one.. you have a knack for dropping certain frequencies when the beat needs it the most. fifth - good old hippo shit. big horns getting freaked. shit made me close my eyes and think of triumph. sixth - is this going to end soon. keys are great and whatever that clinking noise is in the back, shit it doing it for me for sure. like the energy on this one. seventh - spaced. a lot. this one swirls in my head. reverb, delay and phase always work well in my mind.

you're a fucking monster. wish i made shit like that.

Everytime is such a sick beat. really crazy how the random samples connect.

good mix as always. sounds like masta ace should be on these. like the second half a bit more due to my personal taste. quality tho

everytime - i like the way you chopped the intro. real subtle but still intricate. man when this comes in its hard as fuck. drums are hard. i can tell you took your time orchestrating the way you was gon place the samples and it paid off. chorus is hot.

the mix - must be gone from your page by now lol.
