The Chronic was the most sonically precise hiphop album ever when it came out. It provided a new standard of quality that few albums have met since.
I would rank Ready To Die behind it, just because I have a boner for Easy Mo B.

Liquid Swords is one of the best produced albums of all time.

between chronic, cuban linx and liquid swords.
went with cuban linx. the beats are fucking huge and cinematic while still retaining the dirty rza sound.

Tough poll. I went with GZA just cause the weather's got me feeling like that. Ask me in the summer and I'd say OB4CL.

1)Paul's Boutique
2)De La Soul is Dead
3)OB4CL & Liquid Swords
People aren't giving enough credit to the album that started skits. Production is more than just beats and De La is Dead is one of the most creatively produced albums of all time; hip hop or not.

Chronic wins this easy as far as productions go, yet again I think people are ignoring what Phila wants and choosing the fav. instead of best production.
