I dug the overall idea here. I really felt this much more when the trumpet/horn came in. However, early on it sounded like the piano loop was off beat (the last key).

I agree about there needing to be a thick bass line. Other than that...this beat has personality.

Fruity Loops 2: I think this beat is dope. It has that uplifting essence to it.... Mirror- started off sounding like an anticon beat, but then I was taken somewhere else. I really like the mood you set here... Grandpa's Tune- tripped out beat. I feel like I'm at the circus. I like the samples, but I...

ChanGe didn't have the finances to keep the site running, but it may be back up (or so I've heard) within the year.

Thanks for the response. Yeah, my friend just started messin' around with some beats, but I think for a beginner he's got potential.

Peace,

I'm originally from Huntington Beach, but I live out in Michigan now...so yeah I know some people over there.

My friend Chris Kato just graduated from UCI a few weeks ago.

38 seconds (w/lyrics)

Ok, so I was unaware I had to post the lyrics with the track. Here's the link again: http://www.soundclick.com/clockwhys 2nd track from the top. Lyrics: Chorus: You feel this and I feel this too You're fearless and I'm fearless too (2x) Verse: Gimme a moment to gather my thoughts given in to this fe...

I listened to Rubber. I could hear maybe BusDriver rhyming over this or somebody who could come with some off the wall type shit.

Overall, I actually dug this. The music alone told the story.

Keep with it,

I remember listening to your beats over on the audioholics a few years ago. No worries, I'll check some other posts and respond.

ahhhhhh, this is dope. I love the relaxed feel of this and if you don't mind I might try and do something over this. if you see this, leave your e-mail and I'll send it to you when I'm done. This was definitely one of those late night, alone type beats where you're just sitting back waiting for your...

I can definitely relate to this piece.
The rhyme scheme at times made it long-winded when I was reading it aloud, but overall I really liked this.
